Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the development, implementation, and evaluation of various programs and services. You will work closely with program managers, stakeholders, and community partners to ensure the successful delivery of programs that align with our mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with program managers to develop program goals, objectives, and timelines
• Research and identify best practices and innovative approaches for program development
• Develop program proposals, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives
• Coordinate and manage the implementation of programs, including recruiting participants, training staff, and securing necessary resources
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, funders, and other stakeholders
• Work with marketing and communications teams to promote programs and increase community awareness
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
• Prepare and present reports to senior management and funders
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in program development and management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program development and management
• Strong understanding of program evaluation and data analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in developing successful partnerships and collaborations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Knowledge of budgeting and grant writing is an asset
