Overview: JewelGuru Goods is seeking a dynamic and experienced Jewelry Store Manager to join our team. As the Jewelry Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team management. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the jewelry store, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and inventory management
• Oversee and lead a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and mentorship to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory control, pricing, and promotions
• Plan and execute store events and promotions to increase foot traffic and sales
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster their professional growth and development
• Collaborate with the buying team to ensure the store has a diverse and up-to-date product selection
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a prompt and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the jewelry industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of jewelry products and industry trends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
