Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and timelines in alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Manage the budget, resources, and timeline for each program.
Monitor and track program progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact program delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and ensure their needs are met throughout the program.
Lead and motivate project teams to ensure they are aligned with program goals and objectives.
Conduct regular meetings with project teams to assess progress and address any issues or concerns.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant documents.
Continuously improve program processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex programs.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
Experience in developing and implementing program strategies and objectives.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
PMP certification is a plus.
