Position: Alternative Dispute Resolution Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Alternative Dispute Resolution Coordinator to join our team.

Job Overview: As the Alternative Dispute Resolution Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the ADR process for our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dispute resolution process, from initial intake to final resolution. This is a challenging and dynamic position that requires exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our team of ADR professionals to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients seeking alternative dispute resolution services
• Conduct initial intake interviews with clients to gather information and assess their needs
• Coordinate and schedule mediation sessions, arbitrations, and other ADR processes
• Communicate with all parties involved in the dispute to gather necessary information and ensure their participation in the process
• Facilitate communication and negotiations between parties to reach mutually agreeable solutions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all ADR cases and activities
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation related to ADR cases
• Collaborate with internal team members to develop and implement strategies for effective dispute resolution
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in ADR and continuously improve processes and procedures
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain strict confidentiality of all client information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in conflict resolution, law, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in alternative dispute resolution, preferably in a coordinator or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of various ADR methods, including mediation, arbitration, and negotiation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
• Experience working with diverse populations and handling sensitive and confidential information
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and strong ethical standards
