Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our warehouse facility. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our warehouse, maintaining inventory levels, and managing a team of warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Oversee and manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure accurate and timely receiving, storage, and shipping of all products.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse productivity, implementing improvements as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
• Proven experience managing a team of warehouse staff.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
