Position: Education Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as an Education Coordinator. As an Education Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of educational programs. You will work closely with the education team to ensure the success and growth of our educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs in alignment with company mission and goals
• Collaborate with education team to create engaging and effective curriculum
• Manage program logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to secure necessary resources for programs
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education
• Oversee program evaluation and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders
• Create and maintain program materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and assessments
• Assist with recruitment and training of program instructors and volunteers
• Monitor program progress and provide regular reports to management
• Participate in outreach and marketing efforts to promote educational programs
• Attend conferences and other professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines related to educational programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in program coordination or instructional design
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Knowledge of educational technology and its application in programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Familiarity with educational standards and regulations
• Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in the community
