Position: Fashion Designer

Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating original designs and concepts for our fashion collections. You will work closely with our design team and collaborate with other departments to bring our vision to life. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present fashion concepts, sketches, and designs that align with the brand's aesthetic and target audience
• Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for production purposes
• Collaborate with the design team to develop mood boards, color palettes, and storyboards for each collection
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of designs and materials
• Attend fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs for optimal fit and functionality
• Participate in photoshoots and other promotional events to showcase the brand's designs
• Provide guidance and direction to junior designers and interns
• Keep track of production timelines and ensure all designs are delivered on schedule
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products to maintain high standards
• Continuously explore new techniques and materials to elevate the brand's designs and stay ahead of competitors
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies to promote and sell the brand's collections

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your designs and concepts
• Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering programs
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes
• Creative and innovative mindset with an eye for detail and color
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences
• Ability to adapt to changing trends and consumer demands
