Job Title: Security Supervisor

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our security personnel. You will ensure the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and clients by implementing and enforcing security protocols and procedures. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of security personnel and ensure their adherence to company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Conduct regular security assessments and identify potential risks or vulnerabilities
• Monitor and maintain security equipment, such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems
• Train and educate security personnel on emergency response procedures and proper use of equipment
• Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations as needed
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, reports, and training activities
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to security personnel
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into company operations
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve security procedures
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and industry best practices
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick and effective decisions
• Proficient in using security equipment and technology
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid security license and first aid certification preferred

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military
• Prior supervisory experience preferred

Working Conditions:

• This position may require frequent standing, walking, and physical activities
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Exposure to various weather conditions and outdoor environments
• May be required to work extended hours or be on-call in case of emergencies
