Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs, including curriculum development, program scheduling, and resource management.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure program content is relevant and up-to-date.
Manage program budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with external partners, such as schools and community organizations, to promote and expand program reach.
Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers.
Monitor program progress and evaluate effectiveness through data collection and analysis.
Develop and maintain program guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Communicate program updates and progress to stakeholders, including participants, parents, and partners.
Identify and address any challenges or issues that may arise during program implementation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or management, preferably in an education setting.
Strong knowledge of program development, implementation, and evaluation.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working with diverse populations and communities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management software.
