Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Offset Press Operator to join our dynamic and growing team. As an Offset Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating offset printing presses to produce high quality printed materials. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for producing top-notch products. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate offset printing presses according to job specifications and quality standards
• Ensure proper ink, paper, and plates are loaded onto the machine
• Adjust and maintain ink and water levels to achieve desired color and consistency
• Monitor press operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain print quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve press issues to minimize downtime
• Perform routine maintenance on presses to keep them in good working condition
• Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure production deadlines are met
• Keep work area clean and organized, following all safety protocols
• Continuously strive to improve production processes and efficiency

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience operating offset printing presses
• Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot press issues
• Knowledge of press setup, color management, and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets and follow instructions
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
