Job Description: ProMakers is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assembly Line Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Line Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting products on our production line. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and parts using various hand and power tools according to blueprints and specifications provided.
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of production goals.
• Keep accurate records of production and inspection data.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly line work.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
