About the Role: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Validation Specialist to join our team. As a Data Validation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of data collected and stored within our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of data management principles and the ability to work with large sets of data to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate data collected from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Create and maintain data validation processes to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement data validation rules
• Develop and maintain data quality reports to track and communicate any issues or trends
• Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with data validation procedures
• Identify and troubleshoot data issues and provide solutions to improve data accuracy
• Monitor and maintain data integrity in databases and other data repositories
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data validation and management
• Train and support team members on data validation processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management or data validation
• Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices
• Proficient in SQL and experience working with large datasets
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
• Experience with data quality tools and processes
