Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement education programs that align with the organization’s mission and goals
Collaborate with team members to design curriculum and educational materials for various programs
Coordinate and schedule program events, workshops, and activities
Recruit and train program volunteers and interns
Maintain accurate records of program participants, attendance, and evaluations
Monitor program budget and expenses
Conduct program evaluations and make recommendations for improvements
Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders
Communicate program updates and progress to stakeholders and team members
Prepare and submit reports on program outcomes to leadership
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education program management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or management
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems
Experience working with diverse populations and ability to adapt to different learning styles
Knowledge of education policies and procedures
Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community
