About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
• Monitor and analyze sales, inventory, and expenses to make informed business decisions
• Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring all staff provide exceptional service to customers
• Train, coach, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for all employees
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, and security measures
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies
• Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and repeat business
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure visual merchandising standards and product availability are maintained
• Manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Plan and execute store events and promotions to drive foot traffic and increase sales
• Prepare and analyze reports on store performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to remain competitive in the market

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
