• Develop and design innovative and engaging learning materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and multimedia resources.
• Utilize various instructional design methodologies and techniques to create effective and interactive learning experiences.
• Review and evaluate existing curriculum to identify areas for improvement and make necessary updates and modifications.
• Ensure all educational materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with company standards and policies.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the target audience and tailor curriculum accordingly to meet their learning needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to the curriculum.
• Conduct pilot testing and gather feedback from participants to continuously improve the curriculum.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in curriculum development and incorporate them into our programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficient in using various authoring tools, learning management systems, and multimedia software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
