Position Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Overview: Our company is seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading and executing various design projects, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing designs that align with our brand guidelines. The ideal candidate must have a strong eye for design, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative design concepts for a wide range of projects including but not limited to branding, marketing materials, website design, social media graphics, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and effectively translate them into visually appealing designs.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to ensure high-quality work.
• Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver innovative designs.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and provide design solutions that exceed their expectations.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on all designs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of design materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in web design and social media graphics is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
