Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the investment banking division and increase revenue
Oversee all aspects of investment banking operations, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and negotiations
Lead and mentor a team of investment bankers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders
Identify potential investment opportunities and evaluate their financial viability
Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and developments
Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless execution of deals
Monitor and manage the division's budget and financial performance
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
Represent the company at industry conferences and events to network and promote our services

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong track record of successfully closing deals and generating revenue
Extensive knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and industry trends
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Licensed and registered with relevant regulatory bodies
