Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment, such as lithography, etching, and deposition tools.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.
Monitor and analyze production processes, identifying and resolving any issues to maintain high-quality standards.
Perform data analysis and generate reports to track production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop and implement process improvements.
Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and production processes.
Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies in semiconductor manufacturing.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training in electronics, engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret and analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in using computer systems and software for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
