Job description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality curriculum materials for our educational programs. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive research on the latest trends and best practices in curriculum design and development.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and design learning outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive curriculum framework that aligns with industry standards and meets the needs of our students.
• Create engaging and interactive instructional materials, such as lesson plans, activities, assessments, and multimedia resources.
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
• Conduct pilot tests and gather feedback from students and instructors to continuously improve the curriculum.
• Ensure all curriculum materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our organization's mission and values.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate them into the curriculum to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.
• Train and support instructors on the effective use of the curriculum materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for the curriculum.
• Work with the quality assurance team to ensure the curriculum meets established standards and learning outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational or training setting.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience with curriculum development tools and software, such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Passion for education and helping others learn and grow.
