Position: Director of Investment Banking

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Investment Banking to join our team. As a Director, you will play a crucial role in leading our investment banking department and driving growth through strategic initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the firm's client base
• Lead and manage a team of investment bankers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to achieve individual and team goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and financial advisory services
• Proven track record of leading successful transactions and building strong relationships with clients
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
