Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in law enforcement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Knowledge of law enforcement principles, practices, and techniques.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
