Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive shopping experience
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and keeping displays visually appealing
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and organizing merchandise
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a cohesive working environment
• Continuously build and maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as needed
• Follow company policies and procedures, including loss prevention protocols, to ensure the safety and security of the store and its merchandise

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math and computer skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach frequently
