Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs that align with company objectives and meet the needs of students
Collaborate with teachers and subject matter experts to design curriculum and instructional materials
Coordinate logistics for educational events, including scheduling, venue selection, and budget management
Recruit, train, and supervise educational staff, including teachers, tutors, and volunteers
Monitor program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed to ensure student success
Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the program and recruit participants
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on program activities and outcomes
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in education to continually improve program offerings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an educational role, preferably in a leadership or coordination position
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and teaching methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience working with diverse populations and promoting inclusivity in education
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technology tools
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, as needed
