Title: Program Development Manager

Position Overview: As a Program Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development of new programs and initiatives for our organization. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for growth and develop strategies to drive program success. You will also be responsible for managing program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure the successful implementation of new programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives for the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify program objectives and develop strategies to achieve them
• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential program opportunities and assess their feasibility
• Develop program timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful implementation
• Manage program budgets and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial targets
• Monitor program performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure program success
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors
• Communicate program updates, progress, and challenges to senior management and other key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines while developing and implementing programs
• Lead and mentor a team of program development professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline program development and increase efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in program development, project management, or a related role
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing programs and initiatives
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines for program development
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed
• Office-based role with occasional travel required for meetings and events
