Job Description: Vanguard Triton Ascendium University is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our educational programs, ensuring their success and impact on the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement education programs that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of the education programs, including curriculum design, scheduling, and logistics.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program goals and objectives are met.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the education programs and make necessary adjustments to improve their impact.
• Develop marketing and communication strategies to promote the education programs and increase participation.
• Maintain accurate records and data related to the education programs, including participant information and program outcomes.
• Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff, volunteers, and interns.
• Foster relationships with community organizations, schools, and other partners to expand the reach and impact of the education programs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in education program management and incorporate them into our programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in education program management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful education programs.
• Knowledge of budget management and ability to analyze program data.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
