Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the daily care of livestock including feeding, watering, and monitoring overall health and well-being
Operate and maintain farm equipment such as tractors, trucks, and other machinery
Perform general maintenance and repairs on farm equipment, buildings, and fences
Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to seasonal schedules
Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm/ranch facilities and equipment
Monitor weather conditions and adjust farm/ranch operations accordingly
Assist with the transportation of livestock and crops to market
Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure the well-being of animals, employees, and visitors

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience working on a farm/ranch preferred
Knowledge of farm equipment and machinery
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
