Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and drive profitability
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase showroom traffic and revenue
Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Train and motivate sales team to provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
Ensure that the showroom is well-stocked and visually appealing at all times
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns
Manage inventory levels and order new products as needed
Build and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to provide valuable insights to customers
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Prepare and analyze sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other relevant data
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient operation of the showroom

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in furniture sales and management
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of furniture industry trends and products
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Strong organizational and time management skills
