Job Overview: As a Translation Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of translation projects, from initial planning to final delivery. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality translation services. This role requires excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the translation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage translation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their translation needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor their progress.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, including translators, editors, and proofreaders.
• Conduct quality checks of translated content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the translation process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure all project data is accurately recorded in our project management system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a translation or localization environment.
• Strong knowledge of translation and localization processes and terminology.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in at least two languages is preferred.
