Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and address them in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot equipment and system malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks, materials used, and costs incurred.
Maintain an inventory of necessary supplies and equipment and order replacements when necessary.
Coordinate with outside contractors for major repairs and installations.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
Train and supervise junior maintenance staff.
Communicate with other departments to schedule maintenance tasks that will minimize disruptions to daily operations.
Continuously seek out ways to improve maintenance processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Proficient in using hand and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and technical schematics.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work weekends or after-hours in case of emergencies.
