This position is based in our office and may require occasional travel to other company locations or vendor sites. Title: Communication Systems Analyst

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communication Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Communication Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing communication systems for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication systems, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of current communication systems and identify areas for improvement
• Design and implement effective communication systems to meet the organization's needs
• Test and troubleshoot communication systems to ensure optimal functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions
• Create and maintain documentation for communication systems, including user guides and training materials
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in communication systems to continuously improve processes
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any issues
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners to ensure efficient communication system operations
• Train and mentor junior team members on communication system best practices and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in communication systems analysis and design
• Strong understanding of network protocols, wireless technologies, and telecommunication systems
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with data analysis and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
• Certification in relevant technologies is preferred (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+)
