Key Responsibilities:

Create lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the school's curriculum and meet the needs of students at various learning levels
Use a variety of teaching strategies and techniques to ensure all students are actively engaged in the learning process
Utilize technology and other resources to enhance the learning experience
Monitor and track student progress, provide feedback, and make necessary adjustments to ensure student success
Establish and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes respect, inclusivity, and diversity
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to update them on their child's progress and address any concerns or questions
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs
Act as a mentor and role model for students, promoting positive behavior and values
Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
Valid teaching certification for the appropriate grade level
Previous experience teaching elementary school students is preferred
Strong knowledge of child development and educational theories
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
Ability to adapt to different learning styles and create a diverse and inclusive learning environment
Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes
Willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team
