Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
Monitor database systems to identify and resolve any issues or errors.
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data security and availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop data models to support business requirements.
Evaluate and recommend database technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance data management processes.
Develop and maintain data dictionaries and database documentation for future reference.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
Train and support database users to ensure proper usage and data management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database management to continuously improve data processes and systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in database management and administration.
Strong knowledge of database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.
Proficiency in SQL and other programming languages.
Familiarity with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with database security and backup procedures.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
