The Machine Operator position involves standing for long periods of time, operating heavy machinery, and working in a noisy environment. Personal protective equipment will be provided and must be worn at all times. The role may also require lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure production processes are running smoothly
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime
• Set up and adjust machines according to product specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure machines are stocked with necessary materials for production
• Keep accurate records of production data and report any issues to the supervisor
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar production environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery
• Familiarity with various types of machinery and tools
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed
