Position: Instructional Designer

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing and designing engaging learning experiences for our organization. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and other team members to create effective instructional materials that align with our company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning courses, videos, webinars, and other interactive learning tools
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and content for course development
• Analyze and incorporate learning objectives, adult learning principles, and instructional design best practices into course materials
• Utilize various authoring tools and learning management systems to create and deliver courses
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify learning gaps and develop appropriate training solutions
• Ensure all course materials are engaging, interactive, and visually appealing
• Review and edit course materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Utilize instructional design theories, models, and strategies to enhance the learning experience
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and incorporate them into course design
• Collaborate with multimedia designers, graphic designers, and other team members to develop and incorporate multimedia elements into course materials
• Conduct evaluations and gather feedback on training programs to continuously improve and update course materials
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of training materials
• Communicate and provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and team members
• Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of training programs to meet the learning needs of our organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theories, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience with e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
• Proficient in using learning management systems and authoring tools
• Experience working with subject matter experts and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia principles is a plus
