Position Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supervising the manufacturing of electrical equipment and systems. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that projects are completed within budget and meet all technical requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems and equipment, including power distribution, control systems, and communication systems
• Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings using CAD software
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for new projects
• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Oversee the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the development and implementation of projects
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering technology to continuously improve processes and procedures
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including specifications, test plans, and progress reports
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the design and development of electrical systems and equipment
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
• Experience with project management and ability to work within tight deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
• Professional engineering license is a plus

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position working in an office or manufacturing environment. The role may require occasional travel to project sites. The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and project demands.
