Job Title: Household Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Household Manager to oversee the smooth operations of a private household. The ideal candidate will have exceptional management skills, a strong attention to detail, and a customer service mindset. This position requires a self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the household, including overseeing staff, scheduling, and delegating tasks to ensure all responsibilities are fulfilled efficiently.
• Create and maintain household budgets, track expenses, and handle all financial transactions.
• Plan and coordinate household events, such as dinner parties, gatherings, and special occasions.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the household.
• Ensure the safety and security of the household and its occupants at all times.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of household equipment, including coordinating with contractors and service providers.
• Manage household inventories, including groceries, household supplies, and other necessities.
• Arrange travel and manage the logistics for family members, guests, and household staff.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors to manage household projects and renovations.
• Supervise and train household staff, including creating schedules, providing guidance, and ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
• Assist with personal errands and other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a private household setting.
