Job Overview: As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospitals. You will play a crucial role in increasing product awareness, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth. This position requires a combination of strong sales skills, pharmaceutical knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate complex medical information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products to healthcare professionals through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospitals
• Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and proper use of our products
• Stay up-to-date on the latest medical and scientific developments in the pharmaceutical industry
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to develop and implement sales strategies
• Attend conferences, seminars, and other events to network and stay informed about industry developments
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or life sciences
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry
• Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex medical information
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
