About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Data Quality Assurance Manager to join our growing team. As the Data Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our organization's data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data quality standards and processes to maintain the integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data quality issues and provide recommendations for improvement
• Design and implement data quality controls and data validations to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
• Develop and maintain data quality metrics to measure the effectiveness of data quality processes
• Conduct regular audits to identify data quality issues and provide solutions for data cleansing
• Develop and implement data quality training programs for employees to ensure data is entered accurately and consistently
• Monitor and track data quality issues and work with stakeholders to resolve them in a timely manner
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data quality assurance to continuously improve processes and standards
• Communicate data quality issues and progress to senior management and stakeholders
• Manage a team of data quality analysts and provide guidance and support to ensure the team's success

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data quality assurance, data management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices
• Experience with data quality tools and software
• Proven track record of developing and implementing data quality standards and processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data quality issues
• Experience in project management and leading a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Certification in data quality or related field is a plus
