Responsibilities:

Oversee all airport operations, including security, ground handling, catering, and passenger services
Manage a team of airport staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including safety and security protocols
Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and finance, to ensure smooth operations
Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective operations
Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, vendors, and other stakeholders
Handle any emergencies or disruptions that may occur and implement contingency plans
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and implement best practices to improve operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in airport operations, with at least 2 years in a management role
Knowledge of airport regulations and guidelines, including ICAO, FAA, and TSA
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of managing budgets and resources effectively
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies or disruptions calmly and efficiently
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software systems
