Job Description: As an Education Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of our educational programs. You will work closely with a team of educators and administrators to ensure that our programs are aligned with our company's mission and meet the needs of our students. Your role will be crucial in driving the success of our programs and making a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with our company's mission and objectives
• Collaborate with a team of educators and administrators to create engaging and effective curriculum
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs through data analysis and feedback from students and instructors
• Identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to enhance the quality of our programs
• Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful implementation
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support program initiatives
• Conduct regular meetings and trainings with program staff to ensure program objectives are met
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education program management to continuously improve our programs
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote our programs and increase enrollment
• Provide support and guidance to program instructors to ensure they have the necessary resources and tools to effectively deliver the curriculum
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to track program progress and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Program Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education program management, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, program evaluation, and budget management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and implementing programs
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings
• Passion for education and a strong commitment to improving the lives of students
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
