Education Program Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Education Program Coordinator. You will conduct research to identify current trends and best practices in education, collaborate with internal teams to design curriculum and instructional materials, and recruit and train teachers and instructors. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating classes, workshops, and events for the programs, as well as managing budgets and resources. You will also play a crucial role in evaluating the effectiveness of our educational programs and making necessary improvements. This will involve collecting and analyzing data, maintaining relationships with external partners, and communicating with stakeholders to gather feedback and provide updates. As a key member of our team, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and expansion of our educational programs. This may involve collaborating with marketing and communications teams to promote programs, planning and executing fundraising events, and staying updated on developments and changes in the education field to incorporate into program planning. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in program coordination or management, preferably in an education setting. You should also possess strong knowledge of instructional design and curriculum development principles, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Location: Wuhan, Hubei Province, China

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's mission and goals
• Conduct research and analysis to identify current trends and best practices in education
• Collaborate with internal teams to create curriculum and instructional materials for educational programs
• Recruit and train teachers and instructors for educational programs
• Coordinate and schedule classes, workshops, and events for educational programs
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through data collection and analysis
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other external partners to promote and expand educational programs
• Manage budgets and resources for educational programs
• Communicate with participants, parents, and stakeholders to provide program updates and gather feedback
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to educational programs
• Supervise and support program staff and volunteers
• Stay updated on developments and changes in the education field and incorporate them into program planning and implementation
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote educational programs through various channels
• Plan and execute special events and initiatives to raise awareness and funds for educational programs
• Prepare and present reports on program progress, achievements, and challenges to senior management and board of directors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in program coordination or management, preferably in an education setting
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and curriculum development principles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful educational programs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation
• Familiarity with data analysis and evaluation techniques

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
