Job Description: ElecTech is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production and assembly of our products. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will ensure that our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain various manufacturing machines and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to meet quality and production goals.
• Conduct quality control checks during and after production to identify any defects or issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of production data.
• Train new employees on production processes and equipment operation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
