Key Responsibilities:

Program Management: Oversee the development and implementation of educational programs. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of programs. Monitor program progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure success. Prepare and maintain program budgets.

Curriculum Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and relevant curriculum. Create lesson plans, activities, and assessments that align with program goals. Continuously evaluate and update curriculum to meet changing educational standards.

Educator Support: Facilitate training sessions for educators on program objectives, curriculum, and teaching techniques. Provide ongoing support and resources to educators to enhance their teaching skills. Conduct regular observations and evaluations to ensure program quality.

Student Engagement: Plan and coordinate educational events, workshops, and field trips for students. Develop and implement strategies to engage and motivate students. Monitor student progress and provide support to struggling students.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of program participants and outcomes. Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness. Prepare reports and presentations to share program results with stakeholders.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in education program coordination. Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Proficient in data management and analysis. Experience working with K-12 students and educators preferred.
