Product Designer

Position: Product Designer

Location: Remote (from Iran)

Work Conditions: Full-time with dollar payments

What You'll Do at Lobox

1. Contribute to the overall strategy and decision-making about product direction.
2. Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and research peers.
4. Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs using Figma.
5. Design and ship high-quality product improvements.

We’d Love to Hear from You if You Have:

1. 5+ years of experience in UX, UI, and product design.
2. Proven ability to work independently to explore concepts from inception to completion.
3. Demonstrated ability to design simple, effective solutions to complex user problems.
4. Experience managing and executing complex projects across organizational lines.
5. Proficiency in prototyping to articulate nuanced design decisions, especially using Figma.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have):

1. A generative spirit and excitement for creating novel, simple solutions.
2. A strong eye for high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design with attention to UI details.
3. Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and shape them into clear goals.
4. Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and prioritize work effectively.

Additional Requirements:

1. Native English proficiency (minimum IELTS C1 or equivalent).
