Position: Product Designer

Location: Remote (from Iran)

Work Conditions: Full-time with dollar-based payments

What You'll Do at Lobox

1. Shape the overall product strategy and contribute to critical decision-making processes.
2. Develop and refine clear, engaging storytelling around product needs and opportunities.
3. Collaborate across disciplines, including product management, engineering, design, and research, to deliver cohesive solutions.
4. Design, prototype, and iterate on flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UIs using Figma.
5. Continuously improve the product by designing and shipping high-quality enhancements.

We’d Love to Hear from You if You Have:

1. 5+ years of experience in UX, UI, and product design, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
2. The ability to work independently, exploring concepts and executing them from inception to completion.
3. A demonstrated talent for crafting simple, user-friendly solutions to complex problems.
4. Experience managing and completing intricate projects across organizational boundaries.
5. Expertise in prototyping tools, especially Figma, to effectively communicate and refine design decisions.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have):

1. A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for developing unique and simple solutions.
2. A strong eye for detail in visual and interaction design, paired with a commitment to crafting high-quality UI elements.
3. Ability to tackle ambiguous challenges, translating them into actionable goals.
4. A proven ability to make sound decisions and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.

Additional Requirements:

1. Native English proficiency, with a minimum of IELTS C1 or equivalent certification.
