Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 per year
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis techniques, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and accurate data analysis using various software and tools.
- Clean and organize large datasets for analysis.
- Develop and maintain data models, databases, and dashboards.
- Interpret and present data findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform business decisions.
- Create and maintain data visualizations to effectively communicate findings.
- Develop processes and procedures to improve data collection, accuracy, and reporting.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
- Train and mentor junior members of the data analysis team.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Experience with data modeling and database design.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
