Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 per year (based on experience)

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ML Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As an ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies and has a strong background in machine learning and data science.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world problems.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Analyze and extract relevant information from large datasets to build predictive models.
4. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in machine learning.
5. Develop data pipelines and workflows to ensure efficient and accurate data processing.
6. Evaluate and optimize model performance using various statistical and machine learning techniques.
7. Communicate and present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to build scalable and robust ML systems.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related role.
3. Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
5. Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
6. Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL and NoSQL databases.
7. Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
8. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
