Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our business and clients

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to other developers, including code reviews and mentoring
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices, and drive the adoption of new tools and processes within the organization

• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide technical support to project teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Extensive experience in designing and developing complex software systems using Java, C++, or other programming languages
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience with cloud technologies, DevOps, and microservices architecture is a plus
