Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models and algorithms that will drive innovation and improve our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and develop AI/ML solutions to address them.
• Design and develop AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex problems and improve business processes.
• Implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques and algorithms to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Conduct data exploration, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection to optimize model performance.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI/ML solutions.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI/ML models and make necessary improvements.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, tools, and techniques.
• Collaborate with other data scientists and engineers to share knowledge and best practices for AI/ML development.
• Communicate technical concepts and complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, etc.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++, and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or MapReduce.
• Proficient in data manipulation, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and analytically.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
