Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy NLP algorithms to process and analyze large volumes of text data
Develop and maintain NLP pipelines for data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model training
Identify and implement the most suitable NLP techniques and algorithms for specific use cases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines
Conduct research and experiments to improve NLP models and algorithms
Optimize NLP models for performance, accuracy, and scalability
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and implement them in our projects
Troubleshoot and debug NLP models and pipelines to ensure smooth functioning
Develop and maintain documentation for NLP processes and solutions
Participate in team meetings and discussions to share insights and ideas

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related fields
Minimum of 3 years of experience in NLP development
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Strong understanding of NLP techniques and algorithms such as sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, topic modeling, etc.
Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, spaCy, Gensim, etc.
Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.
Experience working with large datasets and databases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
